This is a placeholder for now.  Inadequate Professional Service (IPS)

Plan is to publish paragraph 80 of the Judgement of District Judge R James (sitting as Regional Costs Judge) - in which he said...

In (80) of his judgement D J James says "The failure by Miss Wayman to write a client care letter to her client setting out her charging rate was a clear breach of the Solicitor’s Costs Information and Client Care Code 1999. In fact it is fair to say that Miss Wayman appears to totally ignored the code." Odd? In more than 6 months of "investigation" the Law Society failed to spot what they deem to be Inadequate Professional Service (IPS)

Ah, NOBODY who has been through the Law Society mill is likely to think it's "odd"... when the Government Report was actually entitled "Willing Blindness"... bah! bollocks! humbug! More ASAP

Compliance with Rule 15 has "ONLY" been mandatory since 1999 - bah! bollocks! crap! MORE asap

Check out section 42 of the Access to Justice Act 1999 in relation to DUTY - isn't a breach of professional duty Professional Negligence - ah... but the Flaw Society doesn't GO there!
